Tailed writer to apartment and announced myself like a goddamn cop. Bastard tried to shoot me.Don't know how I would have explained that to Shilo. Organs were retrieved without damage. Didn't bother pre-prepping this one for the cleaning crew. Serves him right for pulling a gun.

He wanted to be a spaceman. Not for real-he was no fool and he knew that we'd stopped our space exploration and that only the Chinese were making a real effort these days.

Drunken Uncle. Boy needed a new liver. NOS victim. Uncle passed out in front of the TV, didn't respond to my knocking. Panicked when I kicked the door down. Boy started to cry. Told me that he didn't want to die. Showed me his halloween costume. First time he'd be allowed out on his own. Told him not to be afraid. Told him he wouldn't feel a thing.Such a good liar..
Called Hospital. Probably won't make it in time. Uncle standing there stupid-fish eyes. It is always the innocent who suffer.Wonder what Marni would say if she saw me now? hereditary.
Went home. Looked in on houseguest. Can't sleep.Shouldn't try.
